After making certain submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other remedies as available in law.

As such, the petition along with application being CM No.3159/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that when the matter is taken up by the Trial Court tomorrow, he will request the Trial Court to adjourn the matter for a week.
