O R D E R

% 10.01.2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking extension of parole on the ground of operation of his son which is to take place on 13th/14th January, 2020.

Status report has been filed by the State.

As per the status report, State has verified the medical documents of the petitioner's son.

Under these circumstances, parole of the petitioner is extended till 16.01.2020 on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 03.01.2020.

He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period. It is made clear to the petitioner

that there will not be any further extension. The petition stands disposed of.

A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
