Pursuant to our order dated 19.02.2025, Mr.Prateek Singh and Ms.Vasundhara Shankar are present. They have been advised by the Court to be more cautious in future in filing petitions before this Court. 2.

On being pointed out that the writ petition makes an omnibus prayer which is vague and not specific and further that the prayers made are not based on any specific pleading containing some empirical data, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
