O R D E R

1.

Settlement Agreement dated 04th February, 2025 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The present suit has been filed by the plaintiffs seeking a permanent injunction inter-alia restraining infringement of registered design no. 280506, damages, rendition of accounts and delivery up against the defendant.

The present matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by this Court, vide order dated 19th September, 2024, wherein, the parties have successfully negotiated a settlement and signed a Settlement Agreement dated 04th February, 2025. Learned counsels appearing for the parties jointly confirm the terms of the settlement and submit that the suit be decreed, in terms of the settlement.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties point out that the parties have agreed that the terms of the Settlement Agreement shall be confidential and will not be disclosed to any person other than the parties, their Attorneys, Accountants and Financial Advisors. 6.

Considering the fact that the terms of the settlement shall be kept confidential in terms of the agreement between the parties, Registry of this Court is directed not to give certified copy of the Settlement Agreement to any third party, or allow a third party to inspect the Court record of the Settlement Agreement.

This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 9.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04th February, 2025, terms of which, shall form part of the decree. 10.

In view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, the Registry of this Court is directed to issue a certificate of refund of full Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

The present suit, along with the pending applications, accordingly stands disposed of.
