% 06.03.2024 We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondents at some length.

During the course of hearing, Mr. Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar has drawn our attention to para 'g' of the writ petition to contend that a serious allegation has been made by the petitioner in this paragraph without any basis. In fact no such case was set up before the Tribunal. Mr. Indra Sen Singh submits he by withdrawing the averments made in para 'g', which being the only ground of challenge to the order of the Tribunal shall withdraw the writ petition as well. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
