By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail/ interim bail in FIR No.36/2026 registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act) at PS: Bawana, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.
