The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.995/2015 registered under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 Arms Act at PS Gokal Puri. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. A quarrel had taken place at the spot over touching of two vehicles. Nature of injuries sustained by the victim is simple in nature. Main allegations are against accused Irshad who has been arrested and the country-made pistol has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the specific role attributed to the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted BAIL APPLN. 41/2016
anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. 4.
The bail application stands disposed of.
