This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeing restoration of the captioned writ petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 05.02.2026.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 3.

A perusal of the last order dated 05.02.2206, shows that there was nobody appearing on behalf of the parties.

For the said reasons, the present application is allowed and the main petition shall be restored to its original number. W.P.(C) 3264/2022 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is restored and the petitioner shall inform in writing to the respondent as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.
