Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of FIR No. 335/2024 under Section 376(2)(n)/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Moti Nagar. 2.

On advance Notice, learned APP for the State and accepts notice. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition as the matter has already been decided by the learned ASJ.
