By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.444/2024 registered under Sections 21/25/29 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act) at PS: Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.

The present bail application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
