% 22.01.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to restore back/provide the 3rd TBPS with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- in the pay band of Rs. 19,000/- to Rs. 39,100/- as per modified time bound promotional scale policy and arrears be given from 01.09.2016 as per policy/scheme applicable in erstwhile DESU/DVB/IPGCL on completion of 26 years regular service from date of induction.

Consequently, he further seeks directions for revising entire retirement benefits including pension and terminal benefits and arrears be paid with applicable rate of interest till the same are actually paid to petitioner.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner made representation dated on 11.10.2018, however till date no response has been received from the

respondents.

Keeping in view of the averments made in the present petition and the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition without issuing notice directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 11.10.2018 made by the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of this order. The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
