% 04.04.2019 This petition is filed with the following prayer:- a) Allow the instant Writ Petition by setting aside the show cause Notice dated 21.12.2018 initiating Eviction Proceeding by the Respondent No.4 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Respondents; and/or b) Accordingly, Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order of Direction to the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to retain his defence pool official accommodation bearing No. 400/5, situated at DOERA, SP Marg, New Delhi, till 31.03.2019 i.e. till the end of the Academic Year 2018-2019 of his minor daughter; The learned counsel for the respondent says the petition has become infructuous in view of relief sought by petitioner to retain the premises in question only till 31.03.2019 and probably for this reason none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The petition stands disposed of having become infructuous.

The pending application stands disposed of. No order as to costs. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
