Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interim bail granted to the petitioner is going to expire on 13.1.2020 and the petitioner shall surrender, in compliance of the order dated 30.12.2019, before the Jail Superintendent on 14.1.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application on medical grounds, if any, as per law, for the postsurgical care of the petitioner's wife.
