1. This petition does not survive in view of the order dated 19th August, 2019 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, implementing the judgement of this Court dated 31st January, 2019 passed in Dev Sharma, Dy. Comdt. ITBP v. Union of India (2019) 174 DRJ 98 (DB).
