Present application has been filed on behalf of the appellant, seeking permission to withdraw the appeal in view of settlement of disputes between parties under the agies of Vivad Se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes) Settlement Scheme.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that during the pendency of the appeal, Government of India introduced a 'one time settlement scheme' dated 29th May 2023 titled "Vivad Se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes) Settlement Scheme" to settle pending contractual disputes. She states that the parties have settled their disputes under the scheme. She states that the formal settlement agreement under section 73(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, will be executed and implemented in due course as per guidelines.
