It is informed that SLP against order dated 18th October 2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(C.) 5423/2023, compliance of which is sought, has since been dismissed by the Supreme Court, on 25th April 2025. 2.

Counsel for respondent, on instructions of the officer of respondent, who is present in the Court, states that compliance will be done within the next 8 weeks.

It is made clear that if then said timeline is not adhered to, concerned officers shall be held liable for contempt of orders of the Court. 4.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.

Petitioner is at liberty to revive the same in case of continued infraction.
