Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above said assurance given by learned counsel for respondent, does not press the present contempt petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.

All rights and contentions of the petitioner are reserved. 5.

Needless to say, in case the inquiry report is not submitted within the above said time as undertaken today, petitioner would be permitted to revive the above said proceedings by moving appropriate application.
