By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No. 1 to demarcate the property situated in Khasra No. 502, 504, 506 and 507 in the revenue estate of Village Dera Mandi, New Delhi in a time bound manner. It is pleaded that the petitioner is a joint owner of the said property. An application for demarcation was filed on 10.09.2018. Copy of the application is attached as Annexure P-2. It is pleaded that no steps are being taken.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that this petition is bereft of any details as only one application appears to have been sent to the concerned Tehsildar, Mehrauli without complying with the other formalities. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner refutes the above submission.

Let the concerned Tehsildar carry out demarcation expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from today. If there are any formalities which have not been completed by the petitioner, the petitioner will duly be intimated about the same.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
