This application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the appeal considering that the matter has been settled before the Pre-sitting Lok Adalat by order dated 22nd March 2026.

Accordingly, application is allowed. Appellant/Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Statutory deposit, if any, be released in favour of the Insurance Company.

Mr. Sahil Paul, counsel for Insurance Company, on instructions, undertakes that amount shall be deposited before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi ('MACT'). 5.
