By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.09/2025 dated 06.01.2025 registered at PS.: South Rohini, Delhi under Section 281/105/110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) and Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. 4.
