The present petition has been filed in the nature of habeas corpus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to the respondent to produce the missing daughter of the petitioner, who is about 18 years of age. 2.

Notice has already been issued vide order dated 21.02.2024. 3.

As per the directions given in order dated 29.02.2024, the missing daughter of the petitioner has been produced in Court. 4.

The court has interacted with the daughter of the petitioner. She states that she got married to one Mr. Narender on 21.03.2024 in Arya Samaj Mandir on her own free will and without any pressure. that she is happily married and would like to live with her husband who is also present in Court today.

Since the daughter of the petitioner is major and married, she has every right to take decision about her life.

Viewed thus, there is no requirement of passing any further order in this petition.

However, it is made clear that the family members of either of the parties shall not create any hindrance in their married life and if any threat comes from any family member, necessary action would be taken against them in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the above terms.
