The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers:

"(i) To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the actual expenses incurred in accordance with the bills of treatment issued by the hospitals and medicines purchased otherwise for the treatment of the petitioner due to injuries sustained in the road accident on 29.10.2019; (ii) To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to undertake the ongoing treatment of the petitioner as cashless treatment with the Ganga Ram Hospital.

(iii) To allow the cost of this Writ Petition to the Petitioner and against the respondents.

(iv) To pass any other order(s) as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the facts of the case."
