The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the trial is at the fag end.

He submits that all the public witnesses have already been examined and only six formal witnesses are left to be examined. He submits that he is hopeful that the trial would be completed within a period of five to six months.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh in case the trial does not conclude within a period of six months from date.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
