By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No. 33/2025 dated 10.04.2025, registered at Cyber Police Station, District Central, Delhi, under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ["BNS"]. Subsequently, upon filing of the chargesheet dated 09.12.2025, charges under Sections 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, as well as Sections 66C and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, were added. 2.
Mr. Alok Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, without prejudice to the applicant's remedies before the learned Trial Court, in view of the fact that, in the interregnum, bail has been granted to certain co-accused.
