BAIL APPLN. 34/2020 Vide the present bail application, the applicant seeks extension of his interim bail for a period of six weeks.

Notice.

Learned APP for State accepts notice on behalf of the State. In view of the opinion of the doctor that second stage surgery is required to be performed within two weeks, I hereby extend the interim bail for a further period of two weeks subject to the condition that if the surgery is not performed as per the opinion of the doctor, the applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master. Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent and the Trial Court concerned for compliance.
