The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the Contempt Petition No. 1/2018 captioned as 'Rishi Kumar v. Garima @ Gauri' be transferred from the Court of Sh M.C. Gupta, Learned Principal Judge, Family Court (North-West), Rohini Courts to the Principal Judge, Family Court (South East), Saket Courts.

It is seen that there are several proceedings pending between the parties. It is stated that three of the said cases, namely, (i) M.No. 56006/2016; (ii) Civil suit No. 55951/2016; and (iii) HMA No. 562916/2016 were all transferred from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Courts (North-West) District, Rohini to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Courts (South East), Saket Courts.

Since, it is clear that the contempt petition is also related to the aforesaid disputes, the present petition is allowed and the Contempt Petition No. 1/2018 (Rishi Kumar v Garima @

Gauri) is transferred from the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts (North West) District, Rohini to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Courts (South East) District, Saket Courts. 3.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 09.07.2019.

The petition is disposed of.
