BAIL APPLN. 644/2024 2.

This application has been filed praying for extension of the interim bail that was granted to the applicant in FIR No. 75/2018 registered with Police Station:

Chhawala under Sections 302/307/452/120B/201/34 of the IPC, vide order dated 09.02.2024 of this Court.

The interim bail was earlier granted to the applicant on the ground that his son is diagnosed with Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc (PIVD) of the spinal cord, and had to undergo a surgery, which was scheduled for 19.02.2024.

of the applicant has undergone the surgery and is still admitted in the hospital.

Issue notice.

Notice is accepted by Ms.Priyanka Dalal, learned APP. 7.

She submits that the applicant has availed of interim bail twice on the same ground of surgery of his son. She further submits that the applicant's other son can also look after the applicant's son who has undergone the surgery.

Having considered the fact that the son of the applicant is still admitted in the hospital, the interim bail granted to the applicant is extended by a further period of 10 (ten) days from the period of expiry of the interim bail granted by this court vide order dated 09.02.2024, on the same terms and conditions, making it clear that no further extension shall be granted on this ground.

The application is disposed of.
