% 08.06.2020 This hearing is conducted through video-conferencing. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that respondent No.1/University of Delhi has now issued a communication to the Registrar, Maulana Azad Medical College dated 03.06.2020 whereby petitioner herein has been allowed to appear in the Annual Examination (Final Year) for Master of Dental Surgery (hereinafter referred to as the 'MDS'). She also submits that in view of the said communication of respondent No.1/University of Delhi, the present petition can be disposed of.

Mr.Rupal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/ University of Delhi also confirms the said communication and states that in view of the circumstances existing on account of present pandemic, this decision has been taken by respondent No.1/University of Delhi without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the University of Delhi.

Keeping in view the above, the petition is disposed of in view of communication dated 03.06.2020 of respondent No.1/University of Delhi. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. The next date i.e. 29.06.2020 is cancelled accordingly. JAYANT NATH, J.
