The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC is impugning the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North District, Rohini in CS(COMM) 393/2022 titled "Mogli Labs India Pvt. Ltd versus Ajay Traders" vide which the right of the petitioner to file written-statement was closed.
