This is an application filed by the Respondent seeking extension of time for surrendering in pursuance to the furlough granted by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2025 in W.P.(CRL) 3659/2024. 4.

It is stated that the Petitioner's daughter's exams have commenced on 17.02.2025 and the last exam is on 01.04.2025. 5.

He states that the Petitioner will duly surrender on 02.04.2025. 6.

The documents in support of the date-sheet of the examination has been placed on record.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
