This Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes which have arisen between the parties under the Partnership Deed dated 01.09.2017.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition after issuing a fresh Notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration Act to the Respondents pointing out the particular dispute that has arisen between the parties which would have to be referred to the arbitrator in terms of Clause 15 of the Partnership Deed dated 01.09.2017.
