% 09.01.2020 CM APPL. No. 618/2020 (exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 200/2020 & CM APPL. No. 617/2020 (stay) Pursuant to an invitation for E-tenders in November 2019 for transportation of Specified Food Articles (Wheat & Rice) from Food Corporation of India (FCI) godowns to Fair Price Shops located in Specified Food Circles of NCT of Delhi, the petitioner participated and placed a bid. The grievance of the petitioner is that without any information as regards the status of the tender, a fresh tender has been invited in last week of December 2019.
W.P.(C) 200/2020
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is in any case not eligible to bid for the reason that he does not fulfil the criterion of having CNG fuelled vehicles ; nor does he have any order/clearance from the National Green Tribunal to run his trucks on diesel. In all fairness this fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, no ground is made-out to entertain this writ petition. The present petition and the pending applications are accordingly dismissed in limine.
