Appellant has approached this Court against the Order dated 23.11.2022, passed by the learned ASJ - 02, South West Dwarka Courts, in SC No.05/2020, framing charges against the Appellant herein in FIR No.89/2020 dated 05.03.2020, registered at Police Station Dwarka South, for offences under Sections 3(1)(p), 3(1)(q) and 3(2)(ii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant, on instructions from the Appellant, who is present in Court, states that he would not press the present Appeal for offences under the SC/ST Act, however, for other offences, learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks liberty to take such steps as may be available to the Appellant in accordance with law. 3.
Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.
