Parties to the petition are husband and wife. Two petitions under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 have been filed by them against each other for grant of divorce and a third petition has been filed by the respondent against the petitioner under Section 125 CrPC, 1973. All the three petitions are stated to be pending before the Family Court, North-West, Rohini Courts. 2.

The limited prayer in the present petition is for issuing directions to the learned Family Court for expediting the disposal of three cases pending before it.
