By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 894/2025 dated 11.12.2025, registered at Police Station Mangol Puri, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 318(4), 319 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

Mr. Vaibhav Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that subsequent to the orders dated 23.12.2025 and 02.02.2026 passed by the learned Magistrate's Court and the learned Sessions Court, respectively, whereby the applicant's bail applications came to be rejected, the chargesheet has since been filed. Mr. Tyagi further submits that although the chargesheet was filed on 09.02.2026, a copy thereof has not yet been supplied to the applicant/accused.

present application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to approach the concerned Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.

The present bail application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
