% 07.03.2019 CRL.M.A. 5022/2019 (by petr. for modification of order dt. 27.02.2019) The applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 27.02.2019 granting him parole for medical reasons. He is to be treated at Surgery Department of DDU Hospital, Delhi. It is his case that his address in District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh has been verified as per the Status Report dated 22.02.2019. It is likely that after his treatment, he may have to visit his home town for speedy recovery and better care. In view of the above, the condition that he shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi stands cancelled and his requirement to report to the SHO, Police Station, Seema Puri, once a week, on every Tuesday, during the period of parole, shall be modified to his reporting to the SHO/Police Post Incharge,

having jurisdiction over his residence in Delhi or in his home District i.e Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.

The application is disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
