O R D E R

% 15.05.2019 This order is in continuation of the last order. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that in compliance of the directions issued vide last order, petitioner has joined the investigation and the charge-sheet has been filed.

Without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of 23rd January, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer.

It is made clear that in case petitioner misuses the concession of the pre-arrest bail granted to him, then respondent-State would be at liberty to get this order revoked.
