The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks parole for a period of four weeks. The reason for seeking parole was that the Petitioner wanted to attend the marriage of his sister's son which was scheduled for 21st February, 2025.

The Investigating Officer, however, could not confirm this fact. In the meantime, the marriage of his sister's son has already taken place. 3.

Accordingly, the grounds for seeking parole are rendered infructuous and the present petition is disposed of.
