Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file an appropriate petition to challenge the charge framed by the Trial Court. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. CRL.M.A.1528/2019 is also dismissed as withdrawn.
