After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to move an application for interim bail before the Trial Court, as the marriage of the brother of the petitioner is fixed for 28.2.2019.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to move an application for interim bail, which may be decided by the Trial Court, as per law.
