O R D E R

% 20.01.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking parole for one month on the ground that marriage of the son of the petitioner is fixed for 30.01.2020. Status report has been filed and verifying factum of marriage of petitioner's son.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed in the interest of justice and petitioner is granted three weeks' parole from the expiry of his period of release on furlough i.e. 26.01.2020 to attend the marriage of his son on his furnishing a personal bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 20.12.2019 passed by D.S. Legal, The Director General of Prisons.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
