CRL.M.A.5758/2020 (for extension of interim bail) The present application is filed by applicant/petitioner under Section 482 read with Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for extension of interim bail for four weeks.

In view of the reasons stated in present application, bail application of applicant/petitioner is further extended for ten days on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by this Court in earlier order. It is made clear that after expiry of aforesaid period, applicant/petitioner shall surrender before Jail Superintendent concerned. Application is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of.
