It is stated by both the parties that the present case has been settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Samadhan) (hereafter 'Mediation Centre').

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
It is directed that the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre.
