By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks to bring on record the order dated 21.11.2025 in CR No. 1956/2022 passed by the learned JMPC-03, Mahila Court, Saket Courts, Delhi, whereby the parties had mutually settled all the issues.

For the reasons stated in the present application as also seeing the nature of the order dated 21.11.2025, the same is allowed and the order dated 21.11.2025 is taken on record.

As such, the present application is disposed of. CRL.REV.P. 256/2024 4.
In view of the aforesaid order passed in CRL.M.A. 3045/2026, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the present petition. 5.
