The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25th October, 2021 passed by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, (South East), Saket, New Delhi. 2.

It is pointed out by the parties that the aforesaid order stands modified by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 14th September, 2023, which is now subject matter of appeal before the Supreme Court by the petitioner herein.
