This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 371/2020 under Sections 354(B)/506/34 IPC and Section 10 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Anand Parbat, Delhi on the basis of a settlement. 3.

Notwithstanding that parties are not appearing before the Court, as also on perusal of the Status Report, prayer for quashing cannot be entertained. 5.

Present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 6.
