CRL.M.C. 96/2020 By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- "(a) Direct the Metropolitan Magistrate, North to expedite the hearing of Complaint Case no. 2350/2018.

(b) Direct the Metropolitan Magistrate, North to dispose of the Complaint Case no. 2350/2018, within a time bound manner. (c) Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be granted."

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State enters appearance and accepts notice.

In view of the prayers made in the present petition, this petition is disposed of with the direction that learned Metropolitan Magistrate will make all endeavours to dispose of Complaint Case No. 2350/2018 as expeditiously as possible.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
