The present petition under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a. Call for the records in FIR No. 151/2019 under Section 506 IPC & Section 12 POCSO Act Police Station - C.R.Park; and b. Set aside the Order dated 07.01.2020 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge-06 (POCSO Act) District South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi in M.No.7/19; and/or c. Pass any such other order/s in favour of the revisionist/accused as this Hon'ble Court may deem it fit and proper in the interest of justice." It is pointed out that the trial in the present FIR is near completion. It is further submitted that the examination-in-chief of the Investigating Officer has been recorded and now the matter is fixed for his crossexamination. 3.

In view of the above, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and with the consent of parties, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the impugned order dated 07.01.2020 is set aside and order dated 30.09.2019, granting bail to the present petitioner is restored till the final disposal of the trial.
