The appellant/petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 10.12.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by him challenging grant of an electricity connection to his landlord/respondent No.5 at Hans Cinema, G. T. Karnal Road, Azadpur, Delhi, in the category of charging of e-vehicle.

After addressing arguments for some time, Mr. A. K. Singhla, Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant/petitioner submits that his briefing counsel may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal while reserving the right of the appellant/petitioner to seek appropriate legal recourse against the respondent No.5, as may be available in law.
