During the pendency of the present proceedings, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that an Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the matter is pending for its final determination. 2.

The Court, vide order dated 20.02.2025, made certain arrangements, which has been extended from time to time.

In view of the aforesaid, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Court deems it appropriate that the instant petition be treated to be an application under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
